ENCOURAGEMENT FOR THOSE WAITING ON GOD’S PROMISE
(A journey showing God’s faithfulness)
Sometimes when we pray and the answer takes long, people feel like giving up.
When we don’t give up,the answer will come.
Am sharing some notes of the journey leading to fulfilment of God’s promise.
For about two years I battled with severe high blood pressure.
Several times I blacked out and passed out.
I couldn’t enjoy food or even sleeping.
And even though I prayed and fasted, sometimes it seemed as though it would never end.
Please take note of the dates.
Please focus on what the Lord said about when we are waiting for His promise.
Here are some notes from my diary to show you the need for persistence even when the answer isn’t manifesting as fast as we want.
16th July,2019 (Tuesday evening)
“I have been having constant attacks on my health.
This evening,am not feeling well and have been worried about it.
Jesus told me tonight, ‘remember the words I have spoken to you and hold on to them in time of trouble.
The visions I have given you are for now and the future.”
(During this difficult period the Lord had given me visions about the need to persevere, and remain faithful, and that His salvation was sure.He promised to heal me.)
The Lord continued,”it is like when a man engages a woman to marry her and promises her his love then travels to a far away place.
When tests come she must hold on to the promise of her bridegroom and in this case,HE WHO HAS PROMISED IS FAITHFUL and can be trusted because He changes not!
So remember My every word and trust me.”

28th July,2019(Sunday evening)
A message received from the Lord after a 3 day fast praying for healing from high blood pressure.
As I prayed after my fast,I was suddenly filled with overwhelming joy,and the Lord started speaking to me and told me,
“Rejoice My daughter and laugh, for the Lord has remembered you.
The day of the vengeance of the Lord has arrived.
I am raising up armies from the east to destroy your enemies.
They will be destroyed in a second.
Laugh at your enemies My daughter,laugh and rejoice for the day of your remembrance has arrived.”
And I was filled so much joy and laughter when the Lord told me this,I couldn’t understand it because physically there was no reason to make me laugh.
But I was overwhelmed with joy that God poured on me with his promise and I couldn’t help but laugh.
When I was done praying my husband had to ask me what happened because he had heard me laughing and rejoicing.
26th August,2019
I received this prophetic word about my healing from a servant of the Lord greatly used by God in the prophetic.
He called my husband and I to give us a message God had given him on my healing.
Here’s the message:
“You don’t have high blood pressure, and God told me to tell you, that disease isn’t in your body or blood.
It’s a spiritual attack because of the messages and it is meant to slow down your sharing.
But God is saying you will not have to face the enemy and satan will not have access to your body.
Instead God will send angels to fight on your behalf.”
God had given me so many promises but physically I still kept on being sick and it seemed as though the promises would never be fulfilled.
But in this very year,2019, God healed me and it’s now three years.
I couldn’t eat or sleep peacefully because I was always sick.
I used to envy people who were healthy and my life felt like I was always at the border line, between life and death.
God faithfully kept His promise because He can be trusted.
“For since the beginning of the world,men have not heard,nor perceived by ear,nor has the eyes seen any God besides You WHO ACTS FOR THE ONE WHO WAITS FOR HIM.”-Isaiah 64:4
Faithfully wait on God for His salvation is sure.
Wait on God.
