DEMONIC STRONGHOLDS
Hi friends. Hope you’ve all been well in the Lord.
I’m going to share a dream the Lord gave me some months ago,about how demons create strongholds over people’s lives, how they strengthen their powers and what we should do about it as Christians.
In this dream,I found myself at my former University at the female hostels and I was going upstairs to visit my friend.
Suddenly I felt like I needed to use the bathroom and so went to the ablution block. When I reached there,I found that one of the toilets had a notice on the door, ‘OUT OF ORDER.’ So naturally, I wanted to move so that I can use another one which was functioning.
However, I heard a voice urging me to open the same toilet which was said to be out of order. This felt strange but the urging of the voice was so strong that I was compelled to open it. I struggled with the door for a while and finally pushed it open. What I saw shocked me.
I saw standing inside,a woman with a head wrap and outstretched arms holding what looked like remains of an aborted baby. Her hands were stretched out towards the door with these remains and she looked emotionless. She was not even blinking. Then it came to me that that the woman was not actually a woman, but was the spirit of abortion! This is the demon that works hard in the spiritual realm to ensure this act is carried out rampantly.
The same voice which had spoken to me earlier which I understood to be the voice of an Angel then told me,” Its not everytime when you see written that a toilet is out of order that it’s really out of order. Sometimes they do this because they want to use it for rituals such as these and they do not want human interference.”
I was seeing what I was seeing spiritually. The woman was present there,but someone who did not have spiritual eyes could not have seen her.
The same Angel told me that a human presence would disturb their rituals, and that is why they did not want anyone to use it,hence had used agents of Satan living in that hostel to make it seem as if the toilet was out of order by writing.
Then God gave me an understanding that that demon was standing there with an aborted baby as a ritual to ensure that child abortion prevails in that place. The power of demons is increased through various ways such as shedding of innocent blood. This increases their strength and power to rule. That is why they ensure that such things prevail, because it is like a food source for their demonic powers.
When their powers are strengthened,they create stronger bonds on people and sin becomes harder to overcome.
They also get their powers when things such as sexual perversion prevail. They put thoughts of sexual perversion and promiscuity into people’s minds because that is where they get their strength from and power to rule over humanity with sin.
They do because they want people to dive into sin as deep as possible so that they can be trapped to hell.
As Christians and intercessors,we should always pray against such rituals being done by demons in the spiritual realm,and pray for liberation on people’s lives.
Our call also is to lead people to Christ and away from a lifestyle of sin through evangelism. The most important aspect when evangelising to is emphasise on the need to constantly ask for the baptism of the Holy Spirit until one receives. This is because the Holy Spirit is the One who leads us all along the Christian journey and back on the right path whenever we go astray.
God has exposed what Satan and his demons are secretly doing in the spiritual realm,and it is now for us as God’s soldiers to destroy the work of the devil through prayer.
