If you are struggling to get free from sin,do prayer and fasting and ask Jesus to break those chains.
If you are always backsliding do REGULAR prayer and fasting to super charge your spiritual life.
Also cut off things that kill your desire for God.
One of the biggest things that kills desire for God is sercular entertainment (movies,shows, music etc).
If you keep watching it, your desire for God will keep reducing and praying will be very difficult for you because you are feeding your spirit man on filth.
Your spirit man will become more and more like what you are feeding him even without you realizing.
That’s what will be normal for you.
Praying and continuing to watch secular entertainment keeps you going in circles.
You empty yourself of all filth and start to fill up in godly things as you pray but as soon as you are done,when you go and engage in sercular entertainment you again fill up on more filth and go to pray and empty out some of those things to try to fill up on God and again go back and fill up on filth.
You can’t make progress and only end up with hypocrisy and double mindedness and you will always have sins you keep going back to.
And God is a jealous God and His Spirit can’t keep competing for space in your life,you must willingly give Him the space.
If you feed your spirit man on godly things,you will meditate on godly things and keep desiring godly things.
Pray and fast regularly if you want to walk victoriously and not keeping falling back in your sin.
But ensure you are doing your prayer and fasting the right way like I have shared in so many videos on effective fasting, not just a hunger strike.
