If you have sin that you’re struggling to get rid of from your life,go in prayer,and also fast if possible.
When fasting, don’t just do a hunger strike, fasting needs for you to spend ALOT of time in prayer.

Jesus will miraculously break the shackles.
Prayer is hard for many people and fasting is even harder,but the consequences of sin if you don’t get rid of it and die in it are worse.
Fasting is only a short period of time to completely dedicate to the Lord, humbling yourself in repentance and asking Him to free you from sin.
But if you let your sin continue and it takes you to hell,you will be hungry in hell and won’t eat, and you will greatly thirst but not have access to water.
Even a drop will seem prescious, like the rich man who longed for a drop of water to quench his thirst.(Luke 16:19-31)
That is how terrible hell is.
That is why Jesus said it’s better to do anything to avoid hell,even if it causes you pain or suffering.
Jesus said if your hand causes you to sin,cut it off!
For it’s better to enter eternal life maimed than have two hands and go to hell.
If your eye causes you to sin,pluck it out!
It’s better to enter eternal life with one eye than have two eyes and go to hell.
Where the worm never die and the fire is never quenched.(Mark 9:43-48)
Jesus gave these examples to show us how terrible hell is and how radical we should be when it comes to getting rid of sin.
That is how serious Jesus expects us to be about getting rid of sin.
Because the consequences are grave and they’re eternal.
If Jesus said cut the hand the causes you to sin,that should show us that He expects us to approach the battle against sin with seriousness and determination.
Don’t keep giving in to temptation because you will perish.
Be serious about getting rid of sin and Jesus will help you.
Salvation isn’t in claiming to believe in Jesus only.
Salvation is in believing in Jesus and repenting of sin and starting to bear fruit of righteousness that shows that you have been born of God.
Whatever keeps causing you to sin,cut it off!
It’s better for you to be deprived of that thing but make it to God’s Kingdom than for you to go to hell forever.
