JESUS IS MIGHTY ENOUGH TO SAVE YOU FROM YOUR SIN

I have met people who are stuck in sin like drunkenness, and think that they are not worthy to come to Jesus.
So they want to wait till the day they personally overcome that addiction to alcohol, then they will come to Jesus.
But there is a reason why Jesus is called our SAVIOR.
Only a perishing person needs a Savior.
If you can set yourself free from your sin,you would not need a Savior.
Satan is lying to you to stay away from Jesus until "That time you are holy enough."
Jesus says you do not have to wait,you can come to Him right now regardless of who you are,or what you have done because no one but JESUS can set you free from your sins.
You will never overcome your desire to sin,until Jesus Christ lives inside you.
Only He can break those chains of sin.
He is the only one who can make you hate the sin you currently think is impossible to overcome.
Some people are stuck in sexual sin like pornography,and think there's no way out.
Satan lies to you that Jesus can not free you from the bondage of pornography, or formication.
JESUS CAN set you free,TODAY and make you completely white as snow this very day.
His blood never ever fails.
He is called "The Lord,Mighty to save."
At the mention of the name of Jesus,every knee must bow,and all chains must break.
If you are tired of living in sin,no matter what that sin is,Jesus can set you free right now.
You just need to ask Him and He will do it.
Today is the day of repentance coz tomorrow may be too late.
If you have really made up your mind to leave your sin and you ask Jesus,He will break all the bondage.
The reason many people continue to live in bondage is because they are double minded;after hearing a sermon,they want to change,but just days later when they are with their friends, they aren't sure now if they really want to change since all their friends are living the same life style or since they now realize what physical loss repentance would bring,and the next time someone else preaches,again they want to change, and the next moment they aren't so sure if Jesus is worth more than the temporal pleasure of sin,and they give in to sin,and the next time the preacher preaches,again they want to change……
The bible says a double minded person with never receive anything from the Lord.
If you want to follow Jesus you must sit down and count the cost,and weigh whether what you will gain is worth more than what you will lose.
Jesus said no man intending to build does not sit down first to see if he has enough resources.
False conversion promises you only bliss;That Jesus died for you,and if you accept Him you will live.WHICH IS ACTUALLY BIBLICAL TRUTH.However,what makes it a lie is when a preacher hides it from you that this accepting of Jesus demands that you leave your sins and has resulted in professing Christians living in complete bondage of sin and they are not set free because in the first place Jesus is not living in them!If Jesus lives in you,He will change you.
But Jesus will only come and live in you,if you are willing to repent and abandon your sin.
Like I said, you cannot by your own strength abandon your sin,and neither should anyone make you believe that Jesus can still dwell in you while you are still clinging to your sins.
If you count the cost,and makeup your mind that Jesus is worth more than all those sinful things and you are willing to let your sins go,when you ask Jesus to set you free from your sin,He will.
The reason people are not getting free is because they are double minded, the very day you make up your mind that its Jesus you choose,He will set you free because He Himself, the Holy God will come and live in you and keep you from sin.
His desire is not to condemn you to hell,but to save you.Jesus wants each and every person to come to salvation.
#PERSONAL TESTIMONY:From childhood, I grew up straightening my hair through perms,blowers,and straighteners.I even used the fake hair and dyes.After coming to Jesus and He told me all those things don't please Him and will lead me to hell,it wasn't easy for me to let them go.I wanted to hold on to them, but I went in prayer before God and I told Him how much I wanted to change and how I couldn't on my own and I needed His help.
I had already gotten rid of everything like dyeing hair,perming,and I was only straightening it by blow drying but God told me to stop that too because it didn't please Him.It was still achieving the same purpose with the perms(straightening) and God was more concerned about the result, not procedure. The result was still that I was straightening my hair.
I had never ever kept natural hair coz I grew up doing all these things to it.It might seem small to some people but to me it was hard.But when I asked the Lord to help me obey what He told me,it became really easy.My willingness to obey increased so much that I didn't care about all the lies Satan was telling me that it would be hard,or wouldn't look good.
I just didn't care about anything anymore and all I wanted was to obey Jesus.
This is something I can never take credit for because I know its Jesus who changed my heart and caused me to see Him as more important than all those other things.He's the one who set me free.He's the one who can set you free if you come to Him and are willing to repent.
Though your sins are as scarlet,they shall be white as snow.Though they are as red as crimson,they shall be as wool.(Isaiah 1:18)
God did not send His Sin into the world to condemn the world,but that the world through Him might be saved (John 3:17)
If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his mother,father,wife,and children, brothers,and sisters,yes and even his own life cannot be My disciple (Luke 14:26)Remember, Jesus said this when He saw great multitudes following Him,He wanted them to count the cost if they want to follow Him.If you count the cost and decide that Jesus is more important than all those sins holding you in bondage. If your mind is made up that you are willing to abandon your sin,and need someone to save you from it,know that Jesus will do it.
No sin is greater than Him,He already overcame and is just waiting for your willingness to be set free.
