KENYA HIT BY SEVERE LOCUST INVASION!

Kenya has been hit by the most severe desert locust invasion in 70 years, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) has said.

The damaged area is already 2,400 square km, affecting 9 counties. Previously, they originated in Somalia and Ethiopia, where tens of thousands of locusts ruined crops and threatened the supply of food before crossing over to Kenya.
Locusts migrate with the wind, and can travel up to 150 km in a single day. A single swarm can contain up to 150 million locusts . They can damage and consume in a day a quantity of food resources that could feed up to 35,000 people.

To contain them, it takes about 70 million dollars to spread pesticides on the fields with planes, but it is an impractical measure if the area affected is as wide as it's now. Kenya currently has deployed four planes to do this and they doesn't seem to be anything significant. This situation could be compounded when the rains arrive in March causing new vegetation to flourish in the region, and it's feared the number of locusts could increase as much as 500 times, FAO has warned.

The Book of Exodus 10:12-15:

"And the Lord said to Moses, 'Stretch out your hand over Egypt so that locusts swarm over the land and devour everything growing in the fields, everything left by the hail'.

"So Moses stretched out his staff over Egypt, and the Lord made an east wind blow across the land all that day and all that night.

By morning the wind had brought the locusts; they invaded all Egypt and settled down in every area of the country in great numbers. Never before had there been such a plague of locusts, nor will there ever be again. They covered all the ground until it was black. They devoured all that was left after the hail—everything growing in the fields and the fruit on the trees. Nothing green remained on tree or plant in all the land of Egypt".

This locust invasion was correctly prophesied by Pastor Ian Ndlovu of Divine Kingdom Baptist Ministries, a prophecy delivered on March 27, 2019. ” I have been seeing when I am praying a cloud of locusts, you know locusts?” He poses to the congregation in his Zimbabwean Church in March 2019.
