Last evening, my husband and I were ministering to a family who just gave their lives to Christ.This family comprises of two grownup sisters and their children as well as their elderly parents.Their elderly mother is mentally disturbed.After bible study were we shared about the glories of heaven,we began to pray for their personal prayer requests. One of the requests by the sisters was to break a generational curse which was upon their family that led to both sisters not getting married but just having children out of wedlock.One of the sisters was also possessed with an evil spirit that made her to eat cloth!She would literally tear pieces of cloth,chew,and swallow them!During prayer,she began to manifest two demons and they left in the name of Jesus Christ. But I was really shocked at what the Lord Jesus Christ told me.
When I saw their mum,Jesus told me she is into witchcraft.
But now during prayer,while praying for the lady who was possessed by two demons, God told me it was her mum who placed the curse on her and her sisters through witchcraft so that they should never ever get married but just have children out of wedlock and she was also the one who had placed demons in her to make her eat cloth.God also told me she had done a lot of things to her children and grandchildren, including placing spirits of sickness and rejection as well as spirits of failure.And she had also initiated their other sister who doesn't live with them into witchcraft! And God said it was the reason she is mentally disturbed now.Its actually a punishment from God because of her witchcraft. I was really shocked because I had seen how much her children love her.They were so concerned for her and had even asked how she can be saved in her state.I had mentioned to them that even mad people will be accountable for the sins committed before running mad.And that gave them concern about her soul.And yet this very woman they loved dearly was the one who had placed a lot of curses and spells on them.She derived pleasure from watching her own children suffering!I felt really sad,and I thought to myself,"no wonder in the old testament, God had told the Israelites 'suffer not the witch to live."
If someone can be that cruel to her own children, it just goes to show how much the world needs Jesus.Without Jesus,people are selfish and the world is so horrible.I couldn't tell the family what God had told me about their mum and all she's done.God didn't tell me to tell them and I didn't want to create confusion in their family, but we just prayed for them.When we left the place, I asked my husband "did God tell you about the person who was responsible for everything?"My husband said,"Yes,its their mum." I feel so sad whenever I think about it.Why would anyone be that cruel to her own children?
