satan wont attack weak prayers,he has no business with them.But when you begin to take prayer seriously,you will face opposition,but you will also experience great victories by the Lord Jesus Christ.
During prayer,there is a real battle in the spiritual realm.
sometimes when you pray,satan will send demons to attack you and when you just continue to pray,they will flee and he ll send some other ones but even his most powerful army is powerless before our Lord.
he is powerless."Nothing more than a flea" before the King of Kings as the Lord Jesus Christ once told me.
some people end up getting scared of serious prayer because they are attacked and that's satan's aim;to make you abandon fervent prayer.But you are not the one whose supposed to be afraid because you are with the maker of the universe.
when you begin to pray earnestly,the Lord puts a wall of fire around you that no demon can cross,all they can do is threaten.
I never experienced such attacks when i just used to say formal unserious prayers.
it was only when i decided to take prayer seriously that i experienced them.
There was a time i became lukewarm and stopped praying seriously and say lukewarm prayers,those prayers were never attacked because they were already weak.And so i knew satan targets strong prayers.
sometimes the Lord allowed me to see the attacks in spiritually, and He allowed me to see just how powerless they are,that there is no reason to fear.
He allowed me to hear demons were complaining about the Lord's protection and
they were saying,"He puts a wall of fire around her!"
and they were talking about what they would do to me if not for God's protection,saying,"if not for the Holyspirit('s protection)."
When you pray,no matter how much they may attack you,know that they have no power over you.
I know people who got discouraged of serious prayer because of this and if you are one of them,know that God is powerful and satan has no power over you.he wants to discourage you from praying because he knows the power of prayer.
a person cannot be spiritually alive without prayer,thats why satan targets it first.You cannot be ready for the rapture without serious prayer because thats the time we allow the Holyspirit to search us and make us ready.
Keep praying fervently,you will see the power of God.Take prayer seriously.
God is so powerful,trampling down His enemies like wine in the wine press.
