Sanctification - GLOFIRE

Sanctification means separation from sin to holiness.This was a process done by newly born again people (e.g Paul). They would spend much time in prayer until the desire/seed/yoke/root/craving to sin was broken in them,until the craving for sin was no longer felt.

The bible says “work out your salvation with fear and trembling” Philippians 2:12. It is every Christian’s duty to pray till they get to this point,and to continue praying even after.The more you pray and read the bible,the harder it will be for you to sin.The less you pray and read the bible,the easier it gets for you to sin.They are all connected.

When you are living a prayerful life,it will take an effort for you to sin,while when your life is spiritually dry, sin becomes normal. Jesus said my food is to do the will of the Father,and since we are his disciples, that should be our food too.How long do you stay without eating? we eat everyday,several times in a day,we even have snacks in between meals.Its the same thing spiritually.Only dead people don’t eat. So,when we stay for days without spiritual food and just feel normal,that should tell us that we are spiritually dead. If we are alive we would get hungry just the same way we get hungry for physical food,the more you have,the more you will want.The more you pray,the more you will want to pray,the more you read the bible,the more you you wiĺl want to read the bible.The less you are praying,the harder you will find it to read the bible or pray,they are all connected.

We are all expected by God to surrender ourselves to him and ask for his help.When we do,He will help us.If you can’t buy a car with a dent on it,what makes you think God can take you to heaven if you have a dark spot in you? if you have any dark spot, the devil will claim you for himself. God wants us without any spot or blemish. the bible says,”…… you have lost your first love……..Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.(Revelations 2v4~5). I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.(Rev 3v15~16).
